No Doubt About It!

I’m going to come right out and say it… This past week I have been plagued with doubt. A noble foe, doubt has been far too close a friend through the years, and seems to sabotage my life just as it’s getting good.

Doubt is a lower vibrational energy that has prevented me – and possibly you – from living your fullest life and shining as bright as you are truly meant to shine.

I come to this work honestly. I created Soulcology having faced down even greater demons than doubt – anger, fear, shame – you get the gist.

In comparison to the darkest of feelings, doubt seems an easy competitor to overcome. Yet doubt has the power to undermine all I dream of doing. It can keep me stuck and unable to move forward. It makes me question myself -am I good enough? Smart enough? Worthy enough?

As I was wallowing in the muck of my self doubt, I received a text from one of my clients who shared the following:

“I was driving and I passed a church and there was a sign outside that said ‘letting go of blame.’ It’s weird how the universe aligns things”.

ITS WEIRD HOW THE UNIVERSE ALIGNS THINGS

WHOA… WHAT?!?!

How could my client have known I needed to hear that? Here I am, helping him and he in turn helped me. I laughed as all my doubt was lifted. It reminded me that we’re all attracting just what we need, at the right time and right place.

And that this mission that I call work isn’t about me anyhow. It’s about something bigger than us; the magical force that brings us together, that gives life meaning, that makes the sun shine each day and the stars sparkle each night. We are simply riding the wave and learning where we fit as we go.

Could doubt be holding you back in some way? If so, let yourself feel into it , and ask yourself "What am I afraid of?" "What is the worst that can happen?" "Why aren’t I quite yet able to embrace my fullest life?"

Take some time to explore your thoughts and beliefs honestly, knowing that whatever comes up is serving you. It’s all coming together FOR you; letting you know where you are blocked and where you have space to grow.

Synchronicity is funny… IT’S WEIRD HOW THE UNIVERSE ALIGNS THINGS. Of that I have NO DOUBT!
